Termites’ Character

When termites attack a property, they are less likely to cause widespread damage. Based on our experience, when water seeps into wood, it can create an odor that attracts termites. They then bring this "food" back to the queen termite. Once the queen is eliminated, the entire termite colony will typically perish.

STONE-Core

Termites are wood-eating insects that can damage buildings. The Stone-Core is a flooring material resistant to termite attacks. The Stone-Core's blend of limestone and plastic creates a dense, durable surface that termites cannot easily penetrate, helping to prevent structural damage.

When moisture has not caused any smell underneath the wood floor to attract termites, it is because the core is made of Stone. This type of core material is less attractive to termites compared to other options.
