How Holzer Floor Works

Holzer Floor is a premium, project-focused natural oak flooring brand. Our floors are made to order directly by our manufacturing partners and delivered straight to your project site.

Unlike traditional flooring retailers, we do not sell through retail stores. We work directly with project clients, offering made-to-order flooring with a minimum order of 100 m² (1,076.4 sq ft) per color and plank style.

Our team provides professional installation guidance and project support before, during and after installation, helping your site team achieve a reliable installation. In Malaysia, we can also recommend qualified professional installation teams.

More Colors and Design Choices
Explore over 330 design combinations, including straight planks, herringbone and chevron. Selected colors are available in up to five standard plank designs and dimensions.

This gives architects and designers greater flexibility when developing a flooring scheme for different spaces. Choose a quieter linear format for one area, or introduce a more expressive pattern where the design calls for it.

One Color, Multiple Plank Design
Begin with the color, then select the plank design that best suits each application.

Where quantities allow, the same color can be considered across different plank styles for separate areas of a property. This can help create a more cohesive material palette across bedrooms, living areas, suites, public spaces and shared facilities.

Each color and plank-style combination remains subject to its applicable minimum order quantity and availability.

Made to Order, Not Selected from Ready Stock
Each order is produced according to your confirmed color, plank style, thickness and specifications.

The standard minimum order starts at 100m² per color and plank style. This approach is intended for projects with sufficient quantity to support made-to-order production.

Color Control from Sample to Production
An approved master color sample provides the reference for reviewing the production color of your order.

This creates a clear point of reference during the selection and approval process. As the flooring is made from natural oak, variations in grain, knots and tonal appearance remain part of the material’s natural character.

If you have a specific color direction in mind, you may provide a physical sample for assessment. Custom color matching is subject to technical feasibility and the required minimum order quantity.

Factory-Finished and Ready for Installation
The flooring receives its color and protective surface finish at the factory before delivery. The planks are supplied with integrated underlay and are ready for installation once the site and subfloor have been properly prepared.

We provide product information and installation guidance for your contractor. Installation is arranged separately by your project team.
