Operation and Admin Officer

Job Descriptions:


* This position has manager to train you for 1st week, when you joined. And you will have a chance to work the following tasks and report to manager:

1) Issue quotation, invoice and delivery order/note
2) Review and monitor project expenses and petty cash
3) Count stock and arrange stock
4) Handling administration work in office
5) Control attendants and record leave
6) Collect payment
7) Assist director for project schedule and collection
8) Check the site and monitor the work progress to issue payment to suppliers
9) General sales report and customer data

Job Requirements:

1) Able to speak English is a plus and must able to use excel formula
2) At least 1 years of working experience in office
3) Able to work on detail and follow up closely each tasks assigned
4) Responsible person and able to work under deadline
5) Independent and able to deal with different level of people
6) Honest and passionate to work with positive minded set
7) Able to control documentations properly and carefully
8) Co-ordinate sales team and customers
9) Have experience on customer service

Note: Able to assist the job as assistant to supervisor (not come to learn).

Sales Consultant

Job Descriptions:

4) Get all documents sign by customer
5) Collect money (Follow payment term)
6) Send stock
7) Check site during installation and take pictures
8) Update and get customer confirm for additional material/ material return
9) Control additional material / return material
10) Update the job process to company and customer
11) Make sales report
12) Send/collect sample
13) Assist to take video as record and use in Facebook

** Work in office at Morgan Tower Building.


Job Requirements:

a. Diploma or higher and can speak English with experience in customer service or sales
b. Committed and result oriented person
c. Professional and confident look
d. Good for closing sales (customer)
c. Good attendance
