Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Lead a sales team by providing training and motivation. 
  • Set sales goals and sales plan.

  • Do marketing plan and sales budget. 
  • Participate sales and marketing events in Aeon, Macro and Global House.
  • Work with suppliers and printers to come out company flyers, brochures, poster, catalogs and samples. 
  • Make appointment and present company products and services.
  • Follow up customers and close sales. 
  • Take pictures and update in the Facebook.
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in sales marketing. 
  • Experience to work with suppliers and printers.
  • Knowledge and experience about marketing activities to sales budget. 
  • Experience to organize booths in Aeon, Macro, Global House.
  • Working knowledge to use photoshop and illustrator is advantageous. 
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write professional English.

Senior Human Resource and Accounting

  • Find, recruit and train staff 
  • Make employee contracts and other documents in the company
  • Set performance appraise or KPI each positions and explain clearly each job responsibility. 
  • Handle staff problem and admin tasks.
  • Assist director to handle customers. 
  • Control expenses in office.
  • At least 3-4 years in HR, Account and Admin experience. 
  • Have experience to handle with construction worker is a plus
  • Must have experience to do recruitments and train staff .
  • Able to write good business English and good communication skill. 
  • Highly discipline and high effective working.
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write good English for contracts.

Sales Project

  • Find sales and achieve personal sales target. 
  • Do sales reports by daily and weekly. 
  • At least 2-3 years as sales experience in construction material. 
  • Must have good relationship and network in projects with owners, interior designers, architects and constructors.
  • Strong teamwork and result oriented. 
  • Highly discipline and high effective working.
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write English is plus. 

Sales Support Specialist

  • Handle customer walk in or call in and follow up. 
  • Check the site, prepare quotation and send stock.
  • Providing customer service and monitor sales
  • Assist sales and marketing activities.
  • Take care the showroom and assist to control some expenses. 
  • At least 1-2 years as working experience in sales support or sales administration. 
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write English is plus.
  • Knowledge and experience about marketing activities to sales. 

Interior Designer

  • Issue drawing and work with workers to come out a furniture. 
  • Understand material and find suppliers.
  • Do production drawing and control the quality of work. 
  • At least 2-3 years furniture experience. 
  • Working knowledge in 3D and auto cab software and know how to use photoshop and illustrator is a plus.
  • Must have experience to work in furniture production. 
  • Creative and not easy to give up attitude.
  • Highly discipline and highly effective working. 
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write English.

Assistant (admin, account and sales area)

  • Assist to take care showroom and prepare samples in the showroom. 
  • Handle walk in and call in customers.
  • Control expenses in showroom like electricity and water bills. 
  • Assist to check attendant, control office stationery supplies and others expenses.
  • Assist to do some reports and other tasks assigned by management. 
  • At least 6 months to 1 year in sales, account and admin experience. 
  • Must have experience to use computer and Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Highly discipline and committed to do the job. 
  • Must have smartphone and transportation. Able to speak and write good English.
