Step 1: Select Your Material
Start by exploring our natural oak colors, plank styles and thickness options.

Step 2: Review & Confirm Your Material
Before ordering, review the actual flooring samples and confirm your preferred color, design and specifications.
Holzer provides appointment-based material reviews in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok.
For project confirmation, we use an approved physical master sample as the reference for production.
Step 3: Made-to-Order Production
Once the color, specifications and order details are confirmed, production is arranged according to your master color.

Step 4: Quality Inspection Before Delivery
After production, the finished flooring goes through inspection before it is prepared for dispatch.
We check the finished materials against the confirmed product requirements and approved references.

Step 5: Packed & Delivered to Your Project
After inspection, the finished flooring is prepared for packing and delivery.
Products are packed for transportation and delivery arrangements are coordinated according to the project destination.
Step 6: Installation Guidance & Project Support
Once the flooring arrives, your appointed installation team can follow Holzer’s installation guidelines and technical instructions.
We provide product information and installation guidance to help the site team prepare and install the flooring according to the product requirements.
Installation is arranged by the project owner or appointed contractor. If needed, we can also refer you to a qualified professional installation team trained by Holzer and experienced in installing our flooring.

1. Can I see the actual flooring before ordering?
Yes. Holzer offers appointment-based material reviews in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok. You can review actual physical samples before confirming your selection.
2. Does Holzer keep flooring in stock?
Holzer follows a made-to-order approach. Flooring is produced according to confirmed project specifications rather than selected from regular retail stock.
3. How do you control the color?
The selected physical master sample is used as the reference for production. Natural oak grain and tone variations remain part of the characteristics of real wood.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 m² per color and plank style.
5. How long does production take?
Our typical production lead time is approximately 4–5 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination and transportation arrangements.
6. Does Holzer provide installation?
Holzer provides installation guidelines and technical support to the appointed project installation team. Installation is arranged separately by the customer or contractor. Alternatively, we have a qualified professional installation team with experience in installation and training from us, which we can refer to you.
7. Can I request customized colors?
Yes. Custom color development can be discussed for qualifying project quantities. Our standard custom color development requirement starts from 500 m², subject to confirmation.
Important to Know Holzer is not simply selling flooring. Holzer guides clients from material selection and physical sample approval through made-to-order production, inspection and delivery to their project.
