Question 1: What are some common mistakes people make when installing their wood floor?
Answer: People tend to make choices that are lower quality of wood floor. They forgot that the wood floor after installed as it is difficult to change later on. Because some of the wood floor are installed by nail or glue and moreover difficult to move some furniture, when everything are seating on top of wood floors.
Question 2: What are some things to consider when choosing for wood floor's accessories and other materials?
Answer: People tend to underestimate the importance of good quality accessories especially underlay and glue. Even thought the underlay is the balancing material in the wood floor and plays a crucial role when it comes to comfort. Small details set apart, but can make your foot most comfortable and soundless, when walking on the wood floor. Furthermore, the underlay is probably the item to keep the longest. Therefore, spending a little more for a high quality should be considered.
Question 3. Can Holzer Floor be clean by water? And if drop water has any problems or not especially a kid drop water on the floor.
Answer: Yes, Holzer Floor can be clean by water and the normal mop just dry enough to clean each time. And you can use fan after mop for faster dry.
There is not problem for a water drop on top of Holzer Floor. But there is a problem, if the water leaking and water underneth wood floor. Because the water is accumulating over a period and invisible water to damage the wood floor. However Holzer Floor is easy to change just a few pieces and the remaining can be used back.
Question 4. Do you have warranty and how Holzer Floor can make sure the quality?
Answer: We offer complete site evaluations and propose tailored solutions to our clients. Consultations are conducted for a fee, ensuring that all potential issues are thoroughly discussed and addressed prior to installation.
Our engineered natural oak floor comes with a 5-year warranty against delamination. This warranty is valid under normal conditions and does not cover damages from external factors such as floods or water leaks.
Question 5. Why customers choose to install wood floor and not choose tile? What is the benefit for installing wood floors?
Answer: Imagining that every morning when you wake up and your feet will touch to a floor first, before step out your room. The warm feeling from wood floors under your feet can’t get on Tile. We recommend areas to install wood floors on your bedroom and living room. Because these area are spending the most of the time with your family. So you can get more comfortable and warmth at home.
